Nightmare! Disaster! Stay away!
The whole story was a horrific experience. Totally misrepresented—nothing like the listing pictures. Strong unpleasant smell, dirty walls, couch, and sheets. AC was blowing hot air—it was 100F outside. Listing said it sleeps 4, but there was only one king bed in the bedroom and no additional beds. We left within 30 minutes. The host stopped responding and hasn’t issued a refund. We had to stay in a hotel and spend our last money. The walls were filthy, faucets were leaking, it was humid and musty inside, and the air irritated our throats—our kids started coughing and crying within 10 minutes. There was a dehumidifier taped to the bedroom window, so it appeared they were aware of the AC issue. As of now, we haven’t received any follow-up from Vrbo or the host, Cozy Stays. We're currently exploring our options for resolution.
