"Got to front desk and check-in to Room 3. Got key card and went to our room but was still being occupied by somebody there. Went back to front desk and was told it wasn't ready and to come back later. We went back at 5pm and room 3 was still being occupied so we finally got assigned to room 11 on the 3rd floor with no river view. Both bed were spring board and squeaks every time you turns. Bathroom door hinge was broken so door wouldn't close and bathroom fan was extremely loud in room 11. Would not recommend or will come back again in the future."

"Our family of 10 spent 5 nights at this great cabin and loved every minute of our stay. Jim was the perfect host, available via text message throughout our stay, helping us survive a power outage and 5’ of snow. The generator kicked in right away and the heaters kept us warm and dry. Jim even came to help shovel us out once the snow stopped. It was a fun adventure!"

"The property was clean and well equipped except for the heating system (the lower level game room with a sofa bed was listed as an extra bedroom, but it was unusable as it didn't have a heater or a stove). Communication with the host was great. We had a snowstorm and a power outage, but the host communicated with us well and their crew was very helpful with getting our cars, that were in deep snow, out of the driveway."

"Our stay was great and had a lot of different amenities. Close to the other cabin and provided with lots of goodies and necessities. Only complaints we had were the beds were a little bit uncomfortable and the garbage disposal in the Chalet didn’t work. Also a lot of cobwebs everywhere. Overall, everything was great and might become a yearly cabin for our family. Thank you Chelsea and Bobby! "

"This Meadows room was just perfect for me and my tween/teen boys for our ski weekend. While the Meadows over all is not a fancy or modern choice, it’s great for its location and underground parking and also has laundry and hot tub facilities. This room was also more updated than other rooms we have had there. We didn’t need anything during our short stay but the host sent many messages to check in which was very nice. We also had access to a ski locker, which you don’t get if you book rooms through Kirkwood. Everything was clean, neat and organized. I personally found the flavored coffee creamers a nice extra touch instead of just having some powdered creamer for my morning coffee. The TV set up was also very nice, with access to streaming. "
