"Though I only stayed there for one night, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. My room was really nice, and it was a good experience."

"Great kaseiki dinner. Our best meal in Japan. This ryokan oozes charm and the staff is wonderful"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd they couldn't give answer, they found someone who could. Onsen is amazing, but single. One note is it switches every day, one day females, one day males."

"Incredible food, nice open air bath and great karaoke. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very nice"

"Amazing welcome Food delicious "

"Very good service and close to tourists spot! "

"Amazing place to stay in Nara, located right in the Park but in a quiet area. Delicious traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast, they were even able to accommodate vegetarian requests. Sleeping on the tatami was special!! Very attentive and kind staff, the only note is that they don't speak English so make sure to have your phone with you with Google translate, especially at the restaurant. The matcha tea ceremony was cute but very rushed (10 minutes in total)."

"Had a lovely stay. Facilities and room were spotless. Bathroom and toilet were really clean. Staff were really helpful and couldn't ask for more! Would stay here again!"

"The staff were beyond friendly and hospitable! My friend staying with me was having medical issues and we were immediately offered help/accommodations in any way possible. The bath has a fantastic view over Nara, the property is nestled amongst some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen, our room was very cozy, and the breakfast in the morning left us full and satisfied. Somehow in a Country other than my home, I felt right at home. If I ever come back to Japan, I’d be remiss if I didn’t...
