"Both service and location were great! The onsite onsen is a huge benefit. Massage chairs, free ice cream, soba, and drinks made it even better. The only draw back, if it really is one is that you have to remove your shoes when entering the hotel. The hotel has tatami mat floors and I can totally understand why they would want you to remove your footwear prior to entering. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The Mitsui Garden Sanjo Premier in Kyoto was spotless—everything was extremely clean and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and respectful—top-notch service throughout. The hotel is located right in the heart of Kyoto, making it easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Kyoto.
