CP值還不錯 車站路途不用3分鐘

飯店的出入口只有兩台電梯 電梯速度慢 只有三樓想走樓梯 但樓梯的雜物很多 感覺比較危險恐怖 雖然房間有稍微煙味但是空調很強 開窗通風後馬上味道就ok 房間設備相當舒適、服務態度很好 走路不用3分鐘就到車站 樓下就有超商 機能很好

隔壁房抽菸，煙味全都跑進來我的房間

因為上次住雙人房的經驗很好，所以這次訂了單人房自己來住，但品質卻沒有上次好。 首先是房間一直瀰漫霉味，空調完全不涼，必須一直開著電風扇，到了深夜隔壁房的嬉笑和歌聲太明獻，隔音差。 接著是隔壁開始抽菸，我的房間就全部是煙味，但走廊和浴室就沒有味道，被嗆到心情很差，強烈建議空調要保養維修，而且每個房間不要相連使用。 冰箱非常髒。

不起眼卻CP值爆炸的飯店

因為出入口的電梯環境有點差，是電子遊樂場的門口，讓人有點害怕。 但上了三樓後，電梯打開，是很舒服乾淨的裝潢，櫃檯服務人員很親切，解說詳盡，且隨時都能提供協助，可以感受到她很關心客人的需要。 我是晚上八點多才臨時訂房（被另一家光華飯店氣到不行臨時換地方住），櫃檯很及時也很積極為我服務，沒有疲態或嫌麻煩。 房間的燈有點少，所以有點暗，不過整體很乾淨，沒有什麼灰塵。浴廁是一大亮點，重新裝潢後非常明亮，乾濕分離。 地點方便、價格便宜，但大樓外觀老舊，根本不會注意這裡有一家這麼好的飯店，我一定會再次光臨！

入住後沒多久跟飯店櫃枱姐姐尋問是否可以換房.櫃枱姐姐很熱心幫忙換了跟網路上照片相同的房間,服務不錯有問題馬上幫忙處理.房間靠馬路隔音還不錯,房間舊了點住起來還滿舒服.早餐就是稀飯和一些家常菜還滿好吃的.

Old, smell, and mice.

I don't generally like to give negative review, but I thought that it would be good for other potential customers to really know the condition of this hotel. Also, my review is based on my own experience, as well as my previous experience with other hotels. Others may experience better or they are OK with the condition, so please do judge accordingly. I am a 56 year old male, and I generally stay in 4-5 star hotels for generally short stay. But since I will need to stay for 17 nights, I booked this hotel for the low cost, and generally OK review. the good: 1. nice personnel. they were accommodating, as I changed room 3 times. 2. the kitchen staff were quite nice, as she noticed that I was growing tire of the same breakfast, she made egg just for me 3. very close to Tainan train station, a short 1-2min walk 4. the room they gave me was very spacious the not so good: 1. very old, you will be staying in a very old building 2. the smell, as you enter the elevator, you will noticed a sewage smell. the 2nd room I changed to, became unbearable to stay 3. mice, you will noticed that there are mice in this building. Don't keep any food in the open. I had an unopened snack, and it was broken and eaten the next morning. I also heard all kinds of noise at night 4. still using key to enter. the towels are just cloth. not towels. not too many outlets. Hope this gives you a good picture of this hotel. Don't know why this is rated 3-star. Should be 2-star at best.

Was shocked initially as it was part of an old building that has a lot of foreign workers. Took the lift up and reception looks good. Room was spacious for 4 and clean. Location is super convenient to take train to Kaohsiung. Building lobby, however, is very random and hard to catch. So do leave earlier for train in order not to be in a rush, just because you think it is near. Ha

台南駅のロータリ沿いのロケーションということで長期滞在したが、建物が古い、窓のない部屋で圧迫感がある、朝食も品数が少なく後半はトーストとコーヒーだけにした。融通の効かないスタッフに諦めしかなかった。次は泊まらない。

価格が安く駅近！とにかくお得に泊まりたい方にはオススメです。

フロントの方の対応がよく心地よく過ごせました。室内は清潔にしているようですが、建物が古く、部屋もあちらこちら気になるところがありました。安くで泊まれましたが、値段相応といった感じでした。シャンプー、ボディソープは設置されていましたが、壊れていてボディソープが使えませんでした。駅近でアクセスは良かったです。

整個房間寬敞、舒適、明亮、整潔，又在臺南火車站附近，交通非常便利，早餐也相當均衡營養且好吃，是個遊臺南時值得推薦的休憩點！

No window but okay

Very good location just outside of Tainan station and easy travelling in the city. I choose no window room and bit inconvenient during rainy season (can’t see outside). Room is narrow but tidy and cozy.
