"Very helpful staff. Good breakfast included in price. Decent sized room with good amenities. Obviously excellent location for transport. I wish hotels wouldn't do the 'one guest, one pillow' thing though. As a side sleeper, one pillow is generally too thin for me to get comfortable. Also, it would have been helpful to have a recycling point (e.g. a bin for PET bottles)."
