This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is located on a quiet, low traffic street just a short walk to the new Surfside Pier, River-City Cafe and other nearby restaurants.

This vacation home is tastefully decorated with a large indoor and outdoor living space to comfortably accommodate a large family. There is a small side yard for children to play along with a public park nearby.

Enjoy socializing on the covered porch located on the front of the home overlooking the street and a side porch open to the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stainless refrigerator with ice dispenser, smooth top stove with oven, microwave, pots and pans, coffee pot that will also take K-cups, electric griddle.

The open living area provides plenty of seating to include a sleeper couch, large dining table (seats 8), bar area (seats 2), 58" smart TV, games/puzzles and internet/Wi-Fi. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Bedroom #1 (upstairs), the master bedroom, has a king size bed and a 50" smart TV with an adjoining bathroom (bathroom #1) The master bathroom is a comfortable size with 2 separate vanities and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #2 (upstairs) has a queen size bed and a 42" smart TV.

Bedroom #3 (upstairs) has two captain bunks (twin bed over double bed x 2) and a 24" smart TV. This room can accommodate 6.

Bathroom #2 (upstairs) is a comfortable size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bathroom #3 (downstairs) is a 1/2 bath.

In addition to being close to the beach, the home is only a short drive to Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Brook Green Gardens, shopping, family activities and many golf courses.

Bed linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided, and beds will be made prior to your arrival.

We have a small side yard for the children to play.
There is room for parking of three cars, motorcycles are welcome.

If you are interested, a 6-passenger golf cart (Gas Club Car Onward lifted) is available for an extra charge.

Big Peach

Clean,modern,lovely pictures and decor, very well supplied, good location to beach and amenities, good communication with owner. The only complaint I have is the water heater for baths is apparently too small for large no. of people. We could only get 2 warm showers after coming in from the beach. We had to time it out carefully or you get a very cold bath. Overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Beach House

Owner is super easy to communicate with and the house is clean and cozy. Location is great—quick walk to beach, restaurants, the park, and farmer’s market (Tuesdays). Always something fun (live music, karaoke, etc.) going on nearby, but the house is on a quiet street. Highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous!

Ideal location, we were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and pickleball! Drove a short distance to grocery stores, CCU and local attractions. The house was just perfect, beautiful outdoor spaces, enough space for family to spread out and perfect layout to gather together, eat and play games. Loved it!

Comfortable Beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in this home with a great location very close to Surfside Beach. The home was clean, comfortable and only 3 short blocks to the beach, restaurants and local sites. We especially appreciated the large deck for relaxing on sunny days. Thank you.

Perfect location

We had 2 families staying here. The property was clean, there were ample towels, pillows, blankets. Easy, quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Easy drive into Myrtle Beach. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay again!

Great location

My family and I love surfside beach, and usually rent a condo for the week when staying in surfside. Since the condo was no longer available, we had to make other arrangements. We looked on VRBO website and saw this property. It was the most economical choice for us and provided the necessary space we needed. The house was in a great location...within walking distance to the beach and eateries. There is a farmer's market every Tuesday in the nearby park. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the covered porch. However our view was obstructed by the tree branches, which needed to be cut. We had a small problem with bugs, but based on how clean the property was, it could have come from somewhere else. Other than that, we had a great time and enjoyed our vacation at this property. I would recommend it if you are looking for a home away from home. It provided everything we needed!

Friends retreat

3 couples - the inside of the house was very clean. We really enjoyed the golf cart it was nice to get around and to take us to the beach. We have stayed at Surfside 3 times and really like this area.

Fall Break

This is by far the CLEANEST rental that we have ever had. Super convenient to Surfside stores, restaurants and the beach. House was extremely stocked (both kitchen and bath). Beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
