「入り口は分かりにくいが、全体的には満足出来る施設だと思います。リゾートの名前をホテルにつけるだけあって、色々とおもてなしが出来る環境が揃ってます。部屋が離れにある為（独立型のアパートメント）毎回外に出ないといけないのが少し不便でした。冬での利用の為とっても寒い。」

「A fantastic and peaceful getaway surrounded by nature I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The area is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. What stood out most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, the staff were always friendly, helpful, and courteous, making me feel right at home. 「The grass near the hotel should be mowed more often. Guests drinking in the picnic area should clean up after themselves. Overall the inside is very clean. I would stay there again. You won't find a friendler staff.」

「ダブルベッドで予約したが、初めシングル1台の部屋に案内された。部屋の変更をお願いし、ダブルベッドの部屋はsold outとのことで、キングベッド一台とカウチソファベッドの部屋になった。ソファベッドの寝具がかなり汚かったため、シーツと枕カバーを交換し、何とか5人で泊まった。トラブル後の対応は丁寧でした。」
