「Everything was great!」

「Floor tiles loose in bathroom Sink clogging up Torn room darkening shade」

「Terrible stay! Valet parking full & self park 2 blocks away, which for a night arrival in the rain was no fun. No working elevator & room on the 8th floor- we were able to take the service elevator up, but the hall is inaccessible without staff so you have to take the stairs down. Room was not clean- found a sock & food wrapper in the bed! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!」

「We will definitely be back to stay when in the area! Everyone was so helpful & pleasant with us! Only recommend putting paper towels in the suites! 😊 Thanks!」

「5 stars for front desk staff. VERY proactive. Unfortunately, breakfast was not very appealing for me simply because I don't eat simple carbs when I travel. 3 stars for breakfast.」
