Nice hotel but the gym has no air conditioning and the pull up bar above a radiator (you hit your knees if you use it) Air conditioning in the room not working well so quite warm every morning. Breakfast is good.

Pros and Cons - Might Stay Here Again

Staff was excellent. We booked this place for its location, price, and amenities. Specifically, we wanted Internet and laundry. Both were disappointing. Wi-fi was weak in our room, though good in the hallway, lounge, and lobby areas.There’s only one washer/dryer which we couldn’t use because the water supply hose leaked profusely. The in-room safe did not work. Staff will report problems to maintenance. We were there two nights, and didn’t have time to recheck the laundry room. Comfortable bed, great shower, functional small kitchen, though no hand towels nor paper towels, no disposable food storage supplies (plastic wrap, foil). Spacious, large window that opens, switch operated blackout shutter. Very strong positive is the staff!

The hotel was nice. Easy walking to some shops, restaurants etc. AC worked only if the window was closed. Hair dryer did not work. Otherwise it was an uneventful stay with no complaints, except on day of check out the housekeeping man kept knocking on our door and acting irritated and with attitude when I told them we were checking out at 12 pm (the hotel’s check out time). We ended up leaving an hour earlier because of his attitude kicking us out.

Highly recommend place if you want stay near market area as well as train station. Train station is like 10 min walk from this place. The hotel was clean and has unique sleek design. Did not have microwave or fridge in the room (May be it a bit different than what we usually see in the USA). Check in and check out was smooth. The staff was fluent in English and was very friendly. Shuttle service is also available upon request.
