「Our stay at the Publick House was Amazing!
We stayed in Room 509, in the building to the Left of the Main Building. The room was super clean and the building was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We ate at the Main Restaurant and that was scrumptious!
We did have 1 issue with the thermostat in that it was very hot in the room And we couldn't get the thermostat lower than 69. We were told to put it on air conditioning and that it would go down from there but it still didn't decrease. I...

「まず４人で滞在するのにタオルが３組、もらいに行くと食事中だと怒られる。
次の日も足りないので行くと、今度は奥さんまで出てきてなんでそんなにいるのかと怒鳴られる始末。
外にたばこの吸殻がたくさん落ちている。
(朝出るときに外でたばこを吸う人が多くくさかった)
部屋のシャワーが弱い。
タオルが黄色くごわごわしている。
ベッドにきっと交換していないだろう毛布、しかも髪の毛の塊がからんでいた。
電子レンジの何かはねた汚れとにおいがひどい。
隣や上の階の騒音がひどい。夜中にけんかなのか酔っぱらっているのか大声で叫んでいる人もいた。
サービスという定義がないのだろうか。
ヒンディー語と英語可のホテルはもう利用しないと思います。」
