「Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. I had requested no dairy for breakfast and my omelette had cheese in it. My sisters room was on the first floor which was next to the breakfast/eating area. She...

「We stayed 8 minutes and our credit card was charged 139 dollars. We made a reservation for a non smoking room and was place in a room that was in disrepair and not clean smelling of cigarettes so bad it caused me to have an allergy attack. We called the front desk and we were place in another room that had a trong toilet cleaner smell like somebody's was trying to coverup the smell of something disgusting. This room was also dirty with dried blood stains on the duvet. Between the filth allergy...

「Although this is A lovely property, it is definitely not geared to the overnight traveler. Found out that there is no complementary breakfast because they have a restaurant and charge for breakfast. Also, when we arrive, we found out that there was two weddings in the making. This meant that there were no carts available to move our luggage. I’ve been down this road before and know that the wedding parties will keep the carts in the rooms and not return them to the front.」

「This is my second time coming here. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent.
 I enjoyed the breakfast and the quality of the amenities was also good. The hotel concierge was very helpful. He was very kind and helped me a lot with reservations. I'll come again next time.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful, it was so spacious and well maintained. A peaceful spot on a lake very close to Sturbridge. We would absolutely return.」
