"Place was decent, maybe I expect too much from a four-star hotel. The luggage staff tended to be out and about, so it took a while to check my bags for storage before check in. Overall though, everyone was nice when available and the location is fantastic. The rooms are a tad dated, and the soap dispensers seemed a little cheap, especially with the threading coming off some of the towels etc. Overall it just didn't feel very four-star to me, but a very solid, clean three-star. Didn't use the amenities."

"We spent two nights at this lovely hotel, it has an outdoor pool but it wasnt open for the season yet. The room was a good size and had a walk in shower, there was two comfortable rocking chairs and a small round table that also rocked! The chairs were a bit frayed but perfectly useable and there was an office swivel chair and a pull out desk. The breakfast selection was continental and basic with a beautiful open area with lots of tables. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. My only criticism which had nothing to do with the hotel was that Quebec seemed like one large construction site and as a tourist it was almost impossible to take any photos that didnt have some form of condtruction equipment in the background."
