Future Inn Plymouth

Future Inn Plymouth

8/10 Good
"Nice hotel in a handy location. Free parking and bus stops just outside to get in & out of the city easily. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was a good size but a bit dated with areas of faded carpet & dated curtains & decor. The bed wasn't very comfortable unfortunately - could feel the springs. TV was also quite small for the size of the room. Chilled water machine on each landing was a nice touch - larger drinking glasses would have been better though. Nice place for a reasonable cost. Didn't use the restaurant so cant comment."

8/10 Good
"Enjoyed our stay, food was decent pub grub nothing spectacular but decent enough. Was told by bar girl I couldn’t start a tab (even though I showed my room key) but our friends did? Had to ask to be served at the bar as was not acknowledged by 3 staff behind the bar. Customer service definitely needs improvement."

"Amazing setting and beautifully kitted out rooms. Breakfast was lovely (though buffet elements could have been topped up as we went in the last half hour so some things were running low, including plates!). Loved the bar - fab cocktails - and the restaurant, though was very pricey."

Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back"
