Our only complaint was that our room (The Hansen, a king suite room) was right next to the staff laundry room. 「I loved staying at emerald beach resort, it is further away from most main tourist attractions and some taxi drivers may not take you too far, but would recommend renting a car if you're staying at this resort. Other than that, love the hotel, the rooms were great, employees are a little rude but don't let it bother you much.
