The place has everything one needs but is not cluttered. It’s clean. Have a cup of coffee while sitting out on the deck. We cannot wait to come back. THANK YOU!!"

"Wonderful place to stay. The large pool area has some of the best views on the island. We were there in late January, and sunsets were directly across Great Cruz Bay as pictured in the VRBO photos. (In the summer, sunsets are likely further to the north.). The house itself is great. Two large bedrooms are in a second building just steps from the main building which has a kitchen, a dining area, a large living area and a loft bedroom. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and plenty of supplies like yoga mats, snorkel gear and beach chairs. We couldn't have been happier. The owners were in contact with us and were friendly and helpful. The people from the property management company were friendly and efficient. Everything went like clockwork. Everyone in our party agreed, if we come pack to St Johhs, we'll stay a Cloud Nine again."

Answered all questions quickly, which helped so much with first timers on the island.She was there for check in, made sure we had all we needed, gave us the tour of the property, and where all the equipment was for our use.Having the grill was a huge plus. Worked great for fresh grouper right off the dock.The pool was clean and beautiful. Perfect for late afternoon cool down.Plenty of all that you need in the unit. Bedding, towels, kitchen stuff and gadgets. If it isn’t there, you don’t need it.Highly recommend for a couple that isn’t in the market for the Ritz but wants clean, fully stocked, quiet and with a great host."

"The sunset view was epic. Spectacular outdoor spaces. Just what you want from a tropical getaway. Only a couple of miles to Cruz bay. You should rent a jeep to see the full island. The hosts are great. "

"We brought our extended family of 14 for a week long vacation (including 6 kids under 7yrs old) and we were very happy with everything about the houses.The main house and villa were clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a long vacation. We had plenty of space for everyone and didnt even use all the bedrooms. The location is on the quieter side of the island (Fish Bay) which was nice for us. The pool was nice to relax on days we weren't running around and the views were amazing. All the restuarants and shopping in Cruz Bay is only 10 minutes away too. Quick responses from the owner and management company when anything was needed too. "
