"This is a wonderful place. The villa is just as the pictures. My wife and our 2 adult children had a great time. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. We only ate out once for lunch. Tap and Still had wonderful hamburgers, by the way. All other meals were prepared at the villa. My wife swam every morning. The pool is very nice and has a fountain splashing into the pool for a nice water sound. The view is a million-dollar view over the pool. At the front door you can see the north side water.The villa is close to Coral Bay and about an 8-minute drive to Love City Grocery which has a decent selection. Also, the cigarette prices are about 2 cheaper per pack than in Cruz Bay.Maho Bay is the closest beach at less than 10 minutes. The location of the villa makes it easy to visit all the north beaches.Will stay at Bay Rum Breeze when visiting St John again."

"My wife and I rented the Island Stones property for a week and were very please with how unique and and private the property was. The main level and the pool / sun deck were beautiful with fabulous views and great privacy - exactly what we hoped for ! We did not use the downstairs rooms of the property, but I will say the layout is set up where almost every bedroom is divided off to have its own separated entrance, bath, outside shower, and private balcony. I great layout for multiple couples to share. The architecture is unique, charming, romantic, and beautiful. A few items in the home could use some maintenance, but nothing significant to cause any issues with our stay at all. We have rented several houses on the islands, and this one ranks among the best for the great views and wonderful infinity pool experience. Also, it is just a few minutes drive down to several of the best beaches on the island."

"Our stay at the Maho Bay Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of two adults, two children, and a teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of comfortable seating options throughout the house.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having direct beach access through the gate in the backyard was incredible, and the outdoor shower made rinsing off after a day at the beach so easy. Maho Beach was amazing—we saw multiple sea turtles every single day!The kitchen was wonderful and extremely well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made preparing meals at the house easy and enjoyable. The villa’s location between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay also made exploring St. John convenient.This was our second trip to St. John, and staying at the Maho Bay Villa made this visit even more special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to return!"

"This villa was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4 for the week (2 adults, 2 kids 13 and 9). First time to St John and the Virgin Islands. Had everything we needed. The provided beach towels, beach chairs and cooler were great for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great for the afternoon and evenings. The view was beautiful with beautiful sunsets! Great location to all the best beaches on the north side of the island. Tom and Brenda (owners) were quick to respond to my questions and Kelsey (property manager)was very helpful. She reached out a week before our stay via text and answered more of my questions and met us on arrival day and gave us a tour. Great people and great villa!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved everything about the home except that there was no air conditioning in the kitchen and main great room. When reading the description before renting I saw that it had air conditioning, but didn’t realize that was true for only the bedrooms. Since our stay was in late July and the temperature outside was very hot and humid, air conditioning became of more importance— especially in the area where you cook and congregate as a family. The beautiful air conditioned bedrooms allowed us to get a good nights sleep. During the day, we spent the majority of our time snorkeling at the various bay and we did enjoy the pool upon our return. But, Early evening was a bit uncomfortable because cooking made the area even warmer"
