「Extrodinary views. A bit of a walk to the beach, but if you like excercise its great. The snorkeling at the beach (and whole island) was phenominal. The bar area was great. 」

「This property is spectacular, the view is the best in the island, and the amenities are great. You get 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen, washer dryer, a great balcony and even a terrace. They provide cooler and beach chairs which is very convenient. You have a private grill, and shared infinity pool and hottub overlooking Coral Bay. The drive to the beaches is 10-20 min. Overall a great place to be.」

「The space was nice and open with a balcony in the front and the back. Beach chairs and towels and a cooler were provided (though the property does not have beach access). Parking was easy enough … for St. John; such steep hills!」

「Everything about our stay was stellar. The driving at night was definitely a challenge, but well worth it. The owner truly created his own personal paradise with great intention to share his vision with his guests. There were so many special amenities and unique touches such as a greeter, welcome snacks, a fully stocked bar as well as kitchen spices, a stocked refrigerator with cold drinks and more. A true Chef’s Kitchen for “Foodies” like us! From the kitchen to the bathroom to the pool...

「If you love nature and like to be away from it all this is the place! The only sounds we heard were birds. Charming. Comfortable. Far out enough to feel like you are the only people on the island but close enough to Coral Bay Restaurants, Beaches and Grocery stores. No TV. Good WiFi though. Had Friday night Barbecue Ribs to die for from the nearby food truck called Local Delights. Also nearby is The Concordia for drinks overlooking the water. Not crowded. Mary is a wonderful host. 「Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views on the quieter side of the island. Property has lovely gardens, beautiful to see and very attractive to birds (one of our key interests). We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay....

「Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is the perfect mix of cozy and well-equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for great sleep. We spent every morning on the deck with coffee; the sunrise views are breathtaking and make every step of those stairs completely worth it.The property felt like a secluded tropical retreat. We loved the local "neighbors", from wild goats on the road to hermit crabs under the stairs and geckos on the deck. The nighttime sounds of the wildlife...

「We enjoyed the stay at Sugarview Villa. Loved the Coral Bay area, great local businesses. Not to far from a variety of beaches. A few minor issues with the dryer and water coming in the slider door in a downpour but nothing that would stop us from booking again. Loved the donkeys that came to visit!」

「This rental was beautiful! 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. It didn't have ocean views but the location couldn’t have been better! Right in the middle of everything! It provided us with a cooler and chairs for the beach. We would highly recommend it! 」

「Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.」
