"Pretty run down since our last stay a few years ago. A few left over hairs in the bathroom. Fridge and air super loud. Overall ok for a one nighter. "

"I booked the room with the expectation that the Westin hotel was among the best in the city. The room seemed clean and everything seemed to be in order and our first night was fine. It wasnt until the following morning, when I went to take a shower that I noticed an issue. In the shower, there was a cockaroach"

"I thought from reading the previous ratings that this would be a nice place. Boy were we disappointed! They were supposed to have a bar and restaurant. They might have once but not anymore. Rooms were dirty. Nobody was bothering to clean around the baseboards in the bathroom. It’s almost as though they just pushed the dirt to the sides of the room. The breakfast, which was supposed to be included didn’t exist. You could buy a seriously overpriced muffin, dry cereal, etc., but the price was outrageous. The property is being sold so hopefully it will improve, but right now I will avoid it."

"Great reception when arrived from desk staff and valet service. Very kind and efficient, had esrly check in ready! Great amenities, pool area awesome, lounge and food area was excellent. Location is great! Lots to do around that area! Gym is huge, clean and well stocked."
