Security incredibly professional and welcoming always wiling to assist. Housekeeping top notch. Dining should be trainer for hospitality incredibly quick and polite. "Everyone at this resort was wonderful. The food at the Italian restaurant and The Market was delicious We loved the pool and beach/ocean Pia , concierge , went above and beyond to assist us in our travel plans! She is professional and kind. An amazing person! We can not remember all the special people we met but we did enjoy getting to know Dave, Bianca with her infectious laugh and Oli were personable. I had two amazing massages from Menna and Apple ( my brother also enjoyed his massages ). Aprille was sweet. "

It was definitely the right decision.The support staff, from the doorman, receptionists, housecleaning, front desk, etc. provided outstanding and efficient service to us. Their courtesy is noteworthy. They have accommodated our request in very timely manner. The rooms were clean and the location is adjacent to shopping and good restaurants.
