Room service was inconsistent timing, the breakfast buffet was catered quality and oily, and room features like cold water faucet was broken. The room was nice and was located near Ayala Mall with a beautiful garden.

Staff was always helpful and accommodating. In spite of the continual construction of additional rooms, it was a convenient and restful stay for us.

The front desk staff are beautiful and so friendly! Thank you for your true hospitality! The porters and assistants came through in a huge way. My luggage zipper broke and would not close. They gave me some lifesaving duct tape to continue on my journey. Thank you all so much for your courtesy and kindness! I’ll be back!!!
Excellent customer service - the staff was so incredibly kind! It's in a safe area that's super close to shopping. I love the bigger fridge, microwave, hot plate/stove, dishes, utensils, and cooking utensils in the room. The only area for improvement would be adding more options for breakfast, but otherwise, this hotel is a gem! I'd 100% stay here again!
Great staff. Across the street from Ayala Mall. Nice amenities like Refrigerator, microwave oven, induction stove with all utensils. Nice new smart TV where you can watch Youtube, Netflix....the only downsides are no USB charging ports, the hotel is new and not totally finished so you may experience some minor construction noise in the day. Overall a great value and I would saty here again.
Clean and inviting room of a decent size.
Staff is very helpful and service oriented.
Parts of the facility were still under construction but it didn't harm our experience at all.
The Savea Bay City Hotel has some truly great qualities, but it's important to be aware of the drawbacks, especially regarding comfort.
The Upsides
The hotel truly excels in its staff service. Every member, from the receptionist to the bell staff, security, and housekeeping, was great and offered excellent service.
The breakfast is also a significant plus. It's generally great, though the orange "juice" tastes more like syrup than actual juice. The restaurant food is decent, especially the eggs, but other items aren't quite up to par. However, since the breakfast is complimentary, it's hard to complain! The room itself is nice and cozy.
The Downsides
Despite the nice room aesthetic, there are three major issues that severely impact the stay:
• The Mattress: The spring mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Lying down caused so much back pain that we couldn't sleep the entire night. It's worse than a sofa.
• The Hot Water: The hot water system in the shower is inadequate. The water is only lukewarm, not properly hot.
• Toiletries: I strongly suggest bringing your own toiletries. The supplied toothpaste is cheap and small, barely enough for a single use, definitely not for two people.

Final Verdict
If you are a traveler who prioritizes location and excellent staff service above all else, the Savea Bay City Hotel could be a consideration.
However, if a comfortable, good night's rest is a requirement for your stay, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff are friendly and were very approachable to organise or requesting for things. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, comparable to a good US business hotel. They offer a transfer service that is a bit pricey, but the service is excellent and worthwhile especially if you have a lot of luggage and are arriving or departing early or late. However, the hotel lacks any onsite amenities such as a restaurant or bar. The saving grace is a large mall just a short walk away that offers many dining and shopping options. The area seems quite safe to walk around. Ons suggestion for the hotel is that they place a description/directions for the mall in the room. I found it by accident while looking for a convenience store. An oddity of this property is they don’t have phones in the room which makes it hard to contact the front desk. They have an app, but I ended making two trips to move our luggage from our room to the libby when departing. Overall, what they have is very nice but s bit incomplete.
