Ok hotell and staff, clean and neat. 1 hour wait for breakfast, but we managed. Pool is open till midnight and it is ok for swimmers to screem as loud and much as they can... staff didn't care....

Nice, safe and quiet property near SM Bacoor. It has food, and drink options and Wi-Fi with Netflix for entertainment when you are in your room. It has a pool and sauna, but I didn’t try them. I did play billiards and a dart board is available as well.

It is a nice place ,the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.the only pain and it's minor is having to get new internet passwords every day and if you have multiple devices you need separate new passwords for each and if staying for a long period it is kinda a pain but overall the place is great.you can see how the Filipinos live with vendors and markets just a few steps away

A Good, Basic Hotel

Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The room has a clean bed, clean bathroom, a TV with cable, there's a small pool for fighting the heat, and it's secure. The bar, which also serves as front desk, and the restaurant are open to the outdoors, which means temperature there is subject to the weather. Room air conditioners work and kept our room comfortable in the hot month of May. I don't know if the bar is open 24/7, but it was open every time I stopped by, including the wee hours of the morning. Staff was very friendly. I rate this hotel three out of five stars on a world standard, but for just the Philippines I would give it four out of five.

I went here to celebrate my birthday with family. Since there's already a lot of bookings this day, we were booked on three separate rooms apart each other which is a bit difficult. The swimming pool is a bit small but my nephew and niece enjoyed it but better if a family can rent the entire place especially for reunions.

Great place to stay!

I wasmpleasanrly surprised to find out the owner is English. He was very welcoming and hospitable. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I brought my own instant coffee and they were happy to provide a mug of hot water every morning. The hotel is situated out of the way, but close enough to shopping and the like. The mall is across the main road. There is a parking area and plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, too! Thank you so much for making my stay a comfortable one!

I immediately liked the atmosphere and cute user friendly kid play ground. I was there way to early to check in but the owner said he would have a room ready in ten minutes w out an early check in fee. Excellent start! Long story short it just got better w a great staff and hot and cold showers. Adult pool area w jacuzzi. The food was good w excellent pricing. Lastly when I was leaving to the airport I told the owner I would just get a taxi by SM Mall. He said don’t worry mate I can have a driver take you. The cost p350, barely paid for gas! I live in Tagaytay and I am planning to stay at Cool Martin whenever I plan to fly out from Manila. For an affordable family atmosphere I couldn’t have stumbled on to a more perfect place.
