Et fint feriested.

Et avstressende sted, selv om vi kom litt nære utbruddet til vulkanen Taal. Vi hadde det fint der. Rommet vårt var nok litt preget av tidens tann, med en støyende mekanisk aircondition, men ellers ok, selv om vi ble litt overrasket over å lese de strenge romreglene med dertil bøter for overtredelser. Matabungkay er et sted der filipinerne selv ferierer, og der likte også vi oss!

Could be better

Customer service was lacking with the lady at check out. She ignored my question and was rude. Maintenance was very helpful to fix issues related to my room. Service at the restaurant and bellboy service was nothing to write home about.

Matabungkay has established itself as part of Lian's heritage. It has been around for years and has been itself a regal reputation. Though the place looks a little dated, it keeps the Philippine heritage alive and well.

The deluxe room we asked for was basic and should have been a lot cheaper, and we demanded a change. We were still charged most of the cost for the original room, NO SIGN OF GOODWILL! We took 9 family members to this over-rated resort, and NONE WERE IMPRESSED. Our advice, give this place a serious MISS!

Nice beach with coral reef. Great staff. We were looking for suman and one of the girls at the restayremembered and got us some the next day. All staff went the extra mile to help and meet your needs

For a wonderful getaway

Staff are friendly and polite. Fast check-in (maybe because we came in a weekday and lean season). Rooms are clean and well prepared. The breakfast we had is plated and it tastes good. Water activities are at a reasonable price too

The service was good, but activities were hard to schedule and the location was difficult to get to. We wanted to dive, but they weren’t available for a discover scuba, and we wanted to get massages but the availability was limited for both the massage and sauna times.

要領が悪い対応

チェックアウトしてゲートから出ようとしましたが、ゲートパスカードが無いと出れないと戻された。チェックアウト時にゲートパスカード渡すべきでは無いのでしょうか！渡す時に部屋番号聞かれて教えると、その部屋は、チェックアウトとした。と言う。アホのような問答して、渡すのも要領が悪くかなり待たされました。

근방에서는 훌륭한 편

어떤분이 이근방에선 이게 젤 낫다고 하셨는데 묵어보니 십분 이해됐어요. 가성비만 고려하면 좀 비싸단 생각이 들기는 합니다. 마타붕까이까지 가는 교통편하며 이동네물가가 관광객대상으로 시설대비 말도안되는 가격을 받는 것이긴 합니다. (같은가격의 홍콩, 대만 숙소가 훨 나았음. 필리핀보다 선진국임에도) 그러나 이동네의 말도안되는 물가와 시설과 위치는 차치하더라도, 적어도 이 동네에선 가성비가 매우 훌륭한 편이다. 근처 다른 숙소들의 호텔이라는 이름에 속지 마시기를. 글구 마타붕카이 해변과 발사위에서의 여유로움은 마닐라만 들르는 관광객에게는 꼭 추천하고 싶은 코스이다. 교통편은 현지업체이용하는것보다 이 호텔의 밴서비스를 이용하는것이 현명하다

annoying staff

we booked for three family room(villa) and the front staff still trying to charge us for additional payment for children. unbelievable. will never go back to this hotel again.
