"I was treated so rudely after arriving to the hotel who ever the front desk lady was so rude to me and my 6 yr old son. After the room was paid for just to get there and refuse us to check in cause they dont except the card i used to pay for the room then threatened me infront of my son that she could call the police and my son can watch me go to jail. Acter asking for a management she tells me theres no one there and that i can leave. "

"Check-in was easy and fast. Staff are extremely professional, courteous, and kind. The room was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast is exceptional! Although touted as a continental breakfast, it is much more! Bordering on a full breakfast easily. Check out was similarly easy."

Breakfast was adequate and did offer yogurt and hard boiled eggs for protein options.Offering another hot option would have been nice, but didn’t affect my experience too much. "My stay was okay for a last minute booking. The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful! The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom could offer more amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the tub wouldn’t drain while I was showering and I thought it would overflow. The hotel restaurant was okay. You have to wait to be seated and we were basically ignored by 4 servers as we waited for 10 minutes. It wasn’t until I attempted to seat myself that a server that was wrapping silverware in the back and watching me wait came over to seat us. I did share my disappointment with being ignored. She did apologize. We went to the breakfast buffet and everything was at the bottom of the barrel and it was only 10am. I politely asked someone could the food be replenished and was told that “we eat them out here” I don’t know what that meant. After about 15 mins the food was replenished and tasted okay. I am typically a big tipper but I did not leave one simply because my entire experience was not worth the $200 and was mediocre. Front desk staff was the best when entering and exiting! "
