「What a pleasure it was to stay there last night. We stayed in room 3, which is the "Crying Lady" room. I didn't hear her unfortunately but my wife was snoring. The accommodation was a great price in nicely finished rooms with a pub downstairs, walks, bike rides and shopping on your doorstep.
There's not much parking with the pub. You have to be lucky to get one but there's plenty available in town very close to the pub.」

「The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent
However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.

We did the self guided tour which was very good, but a great tour guide would have filled in little bits and pieces …..plus I think there’s a haunted walk component to it!
