"I surprised my wife with the booking as we were both off work to celebrate my birthday. She was impressed so much so she wants to go back next year in the summer. On the last day however, we were served by a young man who didn’t seem to like my wife’s order and had a terrible attitude towards us but thankfully we were leaving afterwards. "

"The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. "

"It was such a lovely stay at the chalet! We had a short break to tintagel to get a break from the city, the chalet was such a cozy and beautiful stay to wind down and relax. It was equipped with everything you need, we were able to make our meals and relaxed with such a stunning view. Barbara and Alan was so lovely and they kept the place in such a good state!
