「The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! 「The room was clean and staff were friendly. We extended the stay by another night, but no one every came to the room so we didn't expect to reuse towels left on the floor. We asked for new towels, which were provided, but it was a very strange situation.」

「It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+」

「I loved the simplicity yet elegant decor. Great location, right across the street from slopes. Few min drive to shops and restaurants. The bar/grill attached was very convenient with good food. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great place to stay. 」

「In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.」

「Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!」

「Parking was easy, room was clean. Good for short term stay. Breakfast had lots of options and clean breakfast room, but it ends quite early (9am) Room keys tend to lose opening ability often. Had to re-code it multiple times, but over all was a good stay for the price!」

「Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done.」
