"The room was good, couldn’t hear anyone else. Superking deluxe room is just two singles pushed together which was frustrating as they kept sliding apart and there was someone’s takeaway left in a shelf in the cupboard from the person staying before. Otherwise it was good "

"Well situated hotel. Close walking distance to Waterloo station. Fast, easy check in. My only advice would be to buy some snacks and drinks before you arrive as they are very overpriced in the hotel, water £3.99 a small bottle, £2.65 for a Mars bar!!!!"

"Staff at front desk were not very helpful. The bellman was very helpful. He suggested we do self check in and we got our room. Front desks said we would have to come back later. If there was a breakfast included we were not offered it. But the view was fantastic!! "

"Staff was very welcoming. Conceige service was superb and helped us with transfers to cruise port. View from hotel room was of London Eye and Parliament. Perfect location. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and if we should return to London, we were stay there again. "
