"The location was amazing and close to everything including transportation making it easy to access all tourist spots! Staff were also very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again."

"Foyer, restaurants, reception area modern. Room was clean and very comfy bed. Furniture a tad tired and worn out looking. Sadly the bathroom was very very tired and badly in need of a refurb - also at times there was a very foul smell coming from the drains/ vents. That said the location of the hotel was excellent. "

"Great stay! Loved the adjoining rooms for my family ; i'd stay again just for that convenience. The bed in one room was not very comfortable (I could feel and hear the springs) but Overall, the hotel was conveniently located, clean, fairly priced, and the breakfast included made mornings so easy. I definitely recommend it. "

"We love CitizenM for its consistency, soundproofing and big comfy beds. Unfortunately some of the surfaces in our room were a little worn and tired, compared to the usual excellent standard. The base of the sink tap could also do with some deep cleaning as it appears it hasn’t been properly for a while. Hasn’t put me off returning, just wasn’t up to the usual standard we love about the chain."
