「Did not stay due to the room I requested not available at check in.」

「Excellent Staff, Remodeled Clean Room; All electrical and mechanic al systems intact. Few Amenities . Prefer to have water available rather than Coffee」

「We checked in late at night due to traveling, the girl checking us in was super kind and friendly!! Parking was easy, and close to the expressway. The room was decent, bed skirts were a bit dirty, but bedding themselves were clean. Showers and bathrooms were clean, as well as towels. We needed to get back on the road early, so we did not stay for breakfast. 」

「Uncomfortable room with bad smell 」

「ダブルベッドで予約したが、初めシングル1台の部屋に案内された。部屋の変更をお願いし、ダブルベッドの部屋はsold outとのことで、キングベッド一台とカウチソファベッドの部屋になった。ソファベッドの寝具がかなり汚かったため、シーツと枕カバーを交換し、何とか5人で泊まった。トラブル後の対応は丁寧でした。」

「The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel and our room smelled strongly of weed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the bathroom was in disrepair. The bedding was ripped and stained. I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. 」

「you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. 」

「The beds are like sleeping on a board and the drawers were dirty. Other then those 2 things for a last minute place to stay not to bad」
