「ダブルベッドで予約したが、初めシングル1台の部屋に案内された。部屋の変更をお願いし、ダブルベッドの部屋はsold outとのことで、キングベッド一台とカウチソファベッドの部屋になった。ソファベッドの寝具がかなり汚かったため、シーツと枕カバーを交換し、何とか5人で泊まった。トラブル後の対応は丁寧でした。」

「We attended a family wedding in the area and the Skyline Lodge was very convenient for many family members to stay at the same place for a reasonable price. The lodge is clean but a bit dated (didn't bother us). Front desk person was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our being there; barked at us a few times for minor issues that could have been better resolved with courtesy (Please and thank you go a long way). 「Very clean. Up to date. We appreciated coming in to a cold room. We booked about an hour prior as we werw traveling. Check in was a breeze and a very friendly gentleman at the desk. 」

「到着したら予約が無いと言われた。 結局はオーバーブッキング？ダブルブッキング？？ とにかく部屋は用意出来ないとの事で非常に不愉快な事態となった。」

「The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very lovely! Negatives for us is that our TV remote would turn on the TV and that’s all, wouldn’t let us change channels or volume, we got a second remote from reception and it done the same thing. Our room neighbours were also out on the balcony all night talking loudly and playing music. Would stay here again though. 」

「The room was good value for the money. I do recommend briefing staff on proper hygiene. The desk person was friendly but coughed and sniffled a couple of times without covering mouth/nose. I ended up using sanitizer on my room key.」
