"The staff here were the most kind, caring, efficient and joyful staff that we've encountered. The hotel was immaculate, but a bit dated. Twigs Restaurant, in the hotel, had amazing food! We highly recommend it for any meal. Breakfast had a large variety of foods, drinks, etc. and was well maintained. We were only blocks away from the Mayo Clinic for appointments, tours, and could easily walk and enjoy all the architecture in the neighborhood! The shuttle service was quick, efficient and clean, and a nice, comfortable ride. There are plenty of stores & restaurants nearby."

"Everything about my stay was great. I interacted with two front desk personnel and the breakfast attendant, all very good at their jobs. The room was nice, and the breakfast bar was very large and good. I was there for a convention, and that space was well done as well. I encouraged the event coordinator to use this space again.
