「My room wasn't ready at 6pm, also the bathroom was dirty and refrigerator was dirty, they had to send someone to clean it. It was my first time staying there, and the manager on duty Saturday was terrible service. I wasn't happy with my first experience at Treasurer island」

「Very nice facility! There was a sports team that stayed that ate all the breakfast food right away so we had to wait for more which didn’t take too long! Overall great experience!」

「Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side.」

「The person who check me in was great. However the morning staff this Sunday was extremely rude. It was 11:08am and I got a knock on the door. The staff at the front desk told me to grab my stuff and get out. I informed them that I was in the bathroom and will leave when I am finished. She was hostile and disrespectful. When I walked out she gave me a dirty look that made me feel unwelcomed.」

「Our stay was awesome. After traveling 586 miles your bed was so comfortable and we slept like babies. Thank you for such a nice, clean and quiet place to lay our heads down. Thank you again! Keep up the excellent work!」

「Checked in late, tired from travel only to have our room smell like smoke. They offered to "fog" it with an odor killer that kills cigarette and marijuana smell. No other rooms available. We quickly went to sleep and left immediately in the morning. Room was dusty and hair all over bathroom floor. I'm not usually one to write reviews but this time around I was really not impressed.」

「The place looked clean and new, but there were questions at each turn. Furniture with deep scars, missing edges. Toilet seats looking worse for wear. Stains on the curtains. The robust smell of carpet fresh in the room (what was it covering up?). Tin/shower combo was extremely slippery and I had to be very careful while using (no safety bars). Breakfast was decent. Based on all I experienced - can't recommend.0」
