"The hotel is located 1.6 miles from a large correctional facility complete with electric fence and wire around the top. Probably not located in the best area of town. I would 10/10 still recommend this unique hotel. It was a lovely property with fabulous customer service. Every detail was well thought out. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Thanks hotels.com for offering such diverse lodging. Without your website we would have never happened upon this gem. The upgrade was honored by a very nice check in lady and we had an amazing view of the mountains and sunset from our balcony. Parking was spacious, plentiful and free. Room was spacious. Restroom big and soap/shampoo was high quality and not overly perfumed. Spent a whole afternoon at their sparkling pool. Ate in the restaurant twice. Meals and drinks were very tasty. Would highly recommend the scallops, fundido and the sonoran martini. The only negative, is the coffee in the room is extremely bitter. Coffee served in the library is better but kind of a pain to run down for a cup of joe first thing in the morning. All around, definitely a wonderful hotel."

"All the staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed the cabana by the lazy river. The kids even got some ping pong time in down by the pool. The views are amazing. "

"My partner and I stayed at a Tucson location 3 weeks while I finished a travel nursing contract. It truly had a ‘resort’ feel. We had a full breakfast daily and a free (1 drink each) daily happy hour! We hung out during the days at the pool/hot tub tropical oasis after morning desert hikes. These trailheads were a short drive away. The room by the pool was remodeled and had a great bed! Housekeeping began ignoring our room after the first several days of our ‘do-not-disturb’ sign hanging outside. When we actually needed them the rest of our time, we had to be very deliberate to get service to our room; this being the only complaint."
