「The room at SoSuite Queen Village was excellent. Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable (great bed). The bathroom was great, with a big tub in the shower, good water pressure, clean towels. The check-in process was easy, no complaints. The issue with noise is not an exaggeration, though. I was on the second floor and could clearly hear the loud music from the restaurant on the street level of that same building. Noise from the upstairs room was also loud - footsteps, conversations and all....

「TERRIBLE POLICY - Sosuite at the Onyx-Museum District - Stay Sept 25-27, 2026 I requested a date change more than 3 days before my stay (Sept 25-27, 2026) and they denied any change and any refund. Absolutely no flexibility. They also require a $250 refundable damage deposit (10 days to refund) or a $50 NON-refundable fee. This is a rip-off. Avoid this property. There are much better and fairer options in the area.」
