「House is brand new, easy to find, and plenty of space. Big kitchen and living area. Stayed for two nights so grabbed some groceries and easily made breakfast and dinners and could just relax. Would definitely book again. 」

「The property was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty of room for up to six people. Having a pool onsite was a great option if we didn’t feel like walking to the beach, and access to a washer/dryer was a very nice perk. The host was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay.」

The neighborhood was a little run down and the proximity to the airport made it so that you could hear the planes fly overhead. If you’re a light sleeper that would be the only drawback. Place was so clean and smelled really good!」

Although the backyard is small, it is very unusual to have such a yard in this area and the pool was very nice as well. Overall it is a great place to stay if you want to be near Hollywood Beach. 「This is a hidden gem. It’s quaint, quiet and clean. If you plan in being out all day then this is a place to stay. Very reasonably priced and close to everything. 」

「The property overall was not bad. You get what you pay for. It’s about 15 mins away from the South Beach area. Getting transportation from the area was easy. Communication is mostly through email which isn’t a big problem unless you need a response fairly quick. They said housekeeping was around 9am-5pm but when I asked for the room to be cleaned or for clean towels I was told they are only there for emergencies. There is also a nice pool area but the pool was closed so don’t get excited about...
