"The property is historically rich in that it housed a local bakery for decades and now has a great Italian restaurant with wood-fired pizza (and blackened cauliflower) oven. Plus not one but two hot tubs with umbrella hats. Fantastic breakfasts included in tiny kitchen just off the cozy lobby. Lovely!"

They even let us keep our bags at the check in desk after check out at 12pm because we couldn't get on the ferry until 2:00pm. 10/10. Would 1000% stay here again!"

"I was really looking for a vacation where I could unplug, relax, spend time outdoors, and take photos of animals. Glacier Bay was the perfect place to do this, and Glacier Bay Lodge's location in the national park made it a great choice. We spent a week there (August 14-20). I was a little nervous reading the reviews left by others, for no reason. I think a lot of people went early "post" pandemic and the property was likely struggling with supply chain and staffing issues that were happening...
