"We were helped by a very nice an attentive gentleman at check in and check out. On the way out he requested that we leave a "good review if we can" which saddened me because it appears that he may be the only one trying to keep this hotel alive. It is horribly maintained and although it appeared to be clean the grungy atmosphere made it impossible to really feel clean. Despite the nice guy and his impossible task we wouldn't be returning."

"This hotel has been a Sitka staple for many years and everyone knows where it is! The restaurant and bar/food truck below offered options anytime you could be hungry and it was just about the central hub of everything! Enjoyed the amenitis, the closeness of shops and food and the staff was always super attentive and helpful!"
