「I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and...

「The hotel and room were very nice. Only issues were that they said they offered coffee and hot water in the reception area but the hot water dispenser was empty the whole time I stayed there and I saw no coffee. The room was overpriced.」

「部屋の窓が壊れていて閉じなかったため、フロントに対応をお願いしたが他に空いている部屋がないと言われて仕方なくこの部屋に滞在した。その際、謝罪の言葉もなく、クレームしたがホテルでは受け付けないと言われた。エクスペディア経由でしかクレームは受け付けないと断られた。高級ホテルと評価されているだけに印象は最悪でした。」

「The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot 」

「Having staued at this hotel multiple times of the year duri g various seasons, my wife and I have been always very satisfied with all the amenities in the room and in the facility itself. Cooking facilities are excellent to be able to sray in the room over a long term. Laundry facilities are excellent. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Location is excellent and within a few minutes if dining and shopping faclities.Views from upper floors are amazing.」

「Great room, great breakfast and staff. The check-in procedure was odd, as there's no office onsite nor is the hotel name on the building. You'll need to make appointment to meet with the hotel owner for him to give you your key and code.」
