This hotel has been a Sitka staple for many years and everyone knows where it is! The restaurant and bar/food truck below offered options anytime you could be hungry and it was just about the central hub of everything! Enjoyed the amenitis, the closeness of shops and food and the staff was always super attentive and helpful!

The room was very clean and simple. On the rare occasion that it warms up over 60 degrees in Sitka there is no air conditioning they provide a fan. The bed was very comfortable and a college fridge is provided. The staff are very nice and accommodating!

Sitka is a beautiful place and this is the perfect place to stay. It's clean, comfortable and has everything, including a great restaurant. The location is central to everything and the staff are absolutely the best.

The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.

With an older hotel charm, our stay was very clean and comfortable. It felt very homey but quality. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! One tiny sadness was that there did not seem to be any attempt to make or keep refilled complimentary coffee in the lobby.
