「This is a family owned Inn, and, you are truly treated like family. If I'm ever in Sitka and it's still owned by Vicki and staffed with Laila and Kyle, I'm staying here again! Laila is one of the most observant and kind and patient people I've ever come across! Miss Vicky the owner needs to write a book, but, she's too busy! 「The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot 」
