「Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again.」

「Nice new hotel. Little gem. Just be wary that there is no parking outside due to the permit parking area in Blackpool that the hotel is located in (outside the hotel's control). However, we will definitely be back regardless of this.」

「Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant for us as we attended a concert at Lytham so the train station was less than a minutes walk. The hotel is looking a little tired and rundown, however, it was clean and everything worked. Thanks also for the complimentary breakfast.」

「Property is not well maintained. Beds are in very poor condition .Lots of stains on the side of bed .Carpet is dirty .Tiolet was not clean properly .only one tiolet roll available even didnt ask for after .Family of four and one tiolet roll .Bed sheets very thin and old but smell fresh .Most disappointed is kettle very bad rusty from inside and cups are same stains inside.i didn't use even how can someone make tea in this kettle ,atleast kettle and cups should be clean these are basic hygiene...

「We stayed in room 20 outside the door is a flight of stairs so don't drink before going to bed cos if you stumble at the door you have a long way down to go and probably won't live to tell the tale, breakfast was horrendous, had to go to kitchen ask for bacon and eggs as there was none left in buffet trays took them ages to bring more out no one came to check if trays needed filling, hotel had a weird smell, beds were hard as rock didn't have no sleep bed hurt my back only stayed the night thank...
