サウス ショアのアパート

「The apartment is spacious and quiet. The advertisement says 20 min to downtown and it is is really 20 min to the bridge to the Montreal Island ( it can be 1 hour more with trafic to get to downtown. The sofa bed for the 5th adult is in really bad shape, very uncomfortable. The bed of the 2nd bedroom is also falling apart. The town is a turistic attraction by itself」

「The room was clean.A few things needed to be fixed and the owner was alerted. There are no dish towels and no shampoo or shower extras so know to bring your own. I always do. The apartment was comfortable and bed was comfortable as well. The host/owner was welcoming and easy to contact and quick to respond.」

「入室までの手続が難しかった 事前に日本人のような国の人には分かりやすく知らせておくといいと思った」

「Perfect location for a long weekend in Montreal in the heart of a really cool, vibrant neighborhood. The studio apartment was perfectly comfortable and clean. There are two steep flights of stairs, one exterior, one interior that anyone with accessibility should know about. Loved it, will return, highly recommended.」

「Amazing location. Communication from host was great. Our room was in the back of the building and was quiet from street noise, even though the street noise seemed find anyway. Only downside I would say is that the internal walls are a bit thin and we could hear some shuffling in the other room - but was not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.」

「調味料が充実してた。オーブン、洗濯乾燥機がなかった。」

「The property was well situated, close to transit and the subway station. Also close to coffee, shops, grocery store, and small restaurants, but there was mold in the bathroom. Also, front door of the building had a handle that stuck, therefore not securing the building properly. We had to manipulate it to get it to lock after we left or came in. However, other others did not we were two women traveling, and we do not feel safe. While everything looked modern, the washer dryer combo did not work....

「We absolutely loved our stay! Our only note was that we felt the couch and bed were quite stiff and uncomfortable. A better mattress/pillows and a larger/more comfortable couch would have made spending downtime in the apartment more enjoyable.」

「Great location and very pet friendly. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Parking was a little difficult as you had to rely on street parking. Many space were only for permit holders.」

「Good location and good communication. It is definitely not a luxury place as the listing claims; it is far from being luxury. It’s a good place, but not luxury. The sheets are very cheap, the towels are very small, cheap toilet paper and there is no bath mat in the master bathroom shower, which leaves everything wet after showering. One extremely rude thing was that we arrived at 3 PM after a six-hour drive with two elderly people and two babies; the person on the phone authorized us to leave...

「When you book a stay away from home, you expect to be able to get some rest. Be aware that this building is right across from a night club and it is impossible to sleep. The company pretends like they have some fancy windows (just double pane) and curtains that block the noise. But we were able to hear the thumping of the bass and people on the street screaming even through earplugs and their white noise machine! After a sleepless night we had no choice but to forfeit our remaining nights and...

「Great location...quiet though right on busy Mont-Royal. Communication with owners very good. Clean spot. Beds pretty comfortable. Overall nice place.」
