"What a great way to spend two days when we were snowed in by the blizzard that closed I-80. After a harrowing day of driving in dangerous conditions it was pure luxury to soak in the whirlpool bath to warm up and relax the tense muscles. We had a nice evening listening to live jazz at the Fireside Lounge and enjoying excellent whisky and generous appetizers . Next day was shopping and having an excellent dinner from Biscotti's. The staff were efficient and polite, from the desk clerks to the bell hops. Coffee and breakfast at the Cafe were a nice addition. Peppermill will be top of our list next time we need a place to stay in Reno. "

"The buildings and rooms are designed nicely. But the hallways smell of smoke. Even though there are no smoking signs throughout the buildings and rooms. The cigarette and marijuana smoke smell gets into the room. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are very friendly, delightful people."

"I had a decent experience at this hotel. The location is great if you're wanting to be near the airport. I didn't use the gym, or try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about that. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I wish they had lotion because my gosh their soap is SO drying! My only complaint is the parking. You have to pay to park, and set it up online, which is a pain, especially after a long travel day. The last thing I wanted to do at check in was run back out to get the license plate number just so I could set up the parking. Otherwise, good stay. "
