Enjoy the relaxing backyard with comfortable patio furniture, and a great waterfront view. This house is located steps away from a common area pool, hot tub, playground, and a fishing pier. Very close proximity to the beach, biking trails, fishing parks, and boat/kayak launch pads. A great location for nature and outdoor lovers. Just a 20-minute drive with mild traffic to South Padre Island, TX.

We loved our stay! House was clean and next to the pool, attached to the pier as well. Beds were comfortable and kitchen supplies were good. Our flight home was canceled and we had to extend a night and we had a great communication with our host and it was easy to extend our stay. Recommend this house and location. Less busy than the Island over spring break and still Easy access to the island for restaurants and beaches!

Very clean, beds were comfortable but I will say the twin beds are suited to either shorter women and men or children. My Dad’s feet hung off the end but he said otherwise great. Master has roomy en-suite and 2nd bedroom has access to hall bathroom. Ceiling fans and tower fans in the bedrooms, big plus. Kitchen had both drip coffee maker and k cup machine. Great space outside for watching pelicans fly by in the morning and fishermen out on the water. Pool was easy to access and well maintained. Property is very convenient to HEB and Wal Mart. Quiet and no crowds, willl visit again!

Always a pleasure staying here. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Waking up to the view of the bay every morning makes the day better. The owner has always made us feel welcome. There is a reason we stay here almost anytime we go to the beach.

Always a pleasure

We stayed here a handful of times over the past few years and it’s always relaxing staying at this location. The home is always clean when we arrive and the view of the bay is awesome.

Awesome view

As a family group of 7, we had the most beautiful time. The view from the patio was spectacular. The location to beach is not far with lots of restaurants near. Will definitely book here again if possible.

It was a wonderful place to stay and we had a fantastic time. The view was just what we needed in the mornings. Being close to the pool was very convenient and the noise level was never an issue. Great family memories were made.

Great Stay!

Great stay. Have stayed at two properties in this neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful, but close to the action of S Padre. I would stay again.

Great Family Time!

It was just a weekend but it felt like a month of relaxation...we enjoyed the view, seating outside for a coffee every morning, and a wine bottle at the end of the day! The proximity to the pool was great as well.
