「A localização é excelênte, a melhor que já fiquei em Miami. Perto da região badalada de Miami Beach mas sem barulho. O prédio é praticamente na beira da praia, a saída dos fundos, onde tem a piscina, é praticamente na areia. O apartamento é antigo, mas amplo e bem ilumindado, apenas com um pequeno reparo no piso que deve ser feito. O banheiro é reformado e o imóvel e mobília estão em bom estado geral. A roupa de cama e toalhas são limpas, nótasse que o proprietário tem um cuidado todo especial...

「Property as described, nice upstairs bedroom and terrance, staff friendly and helpful, louie or lewis on front desk was a nice guy and good for advice on area and getting around. Had a pool but never used it as a couple of minute walk to beach, good diner on corner and although quite at this area of town plenty of dining options nearby and only 15min walk to main area if preferred. Throughly enjoyed my time in miami and felt comfortable and safe in this area and property so enjoyed our time...
