"Property as described, nice upstairs bedroom and terrance, staff friendly and helpful, louie or lewis on front desk was a nice guy and good for advice on area and getting around. Had a pool but never used it as a couple of minute walk to beach, good diner on corner and although quite at this area of town plenty of dining options nearby and only 15min walk to main area if preferred. Throughly enjoyed my time in miami and felt comfortable and safe in this area and property so enjoyed our time...

"We got a city view, which was fine. The room was clean but housekeeping never came to make up the room for two days. Finally, I called to complain about it. Instead of cleaning the room the hotel gave us a 200 dollar credit on the room stay. It was a little weird. We did get an apology and I love this hotel - I always stay here when I come to Miami - but I have never had this happen before. "
