We stayed here for two nights in March, '26. The suite was rather dark, but otherwise it was nice, and the location is very convenient. We were in the back of the property and it was very quiet, with pretty landscaped grounds to walk through. The room was clean and spacious, and the price (for Sedona) was good. BUT. When I booked this on Expedia, I didn't realize it was a timeshare-type property, and they would try to talk us into attending a presentation, and call us at least three times in the weeks after we checked out. I just booked this as a hotel, not a life commitment. The first two times I was called after leaving, I made it clear I wasn't interested. The third time, I told the caller that this was harassment, and it needed to stop immediately, and I have not been called since. Fingers crossed. Our other issue at the hotel was the check in. The woman at the desk was overwhelmed to the point of being rude and snappy to the lobby full of guests who were waiting to check in. We did not arrive early, because we had a message stating that no rooms are available for early check in, but we still had to wait close to an hour to get into our room. I would still stay here again, but only because Sedona is very expensive, and this was clean and affordable.

Was informed a day prior to check in that we would be without water midweek from 10am-6pm. Water did not return until after 8pm which is unacceptable after a day in the desert red rock sand. I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand" The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day like clockwork. Fresh towels would not be provided until after your 5th night stay or available for a charge. You must empty you own trash or be charged extra which is part of a 2 page " rules and regulations" containing all of the pending additional charges if not followed. I would ensure to request a copy of this and read it top to bottom prior to even thinking about staying.

This place is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Very easy access. Safe. Clean. And great to have EV charger right outside the room.
