「I’ve just finished a very long extended stay at this property and everyone from Kristi the manager to Michelle at the front desk to even the maintenance guy , have been so helpful and accommodating during my stay. We did have issues but every property does and when you inform them they go to great lengths to handle it quickly and efficiently. 「Nice property and very spacious」

「I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. 」

「I like that the rooms was very huge and clean. The neighborhood was very nice. People in the area were pleasant. I had an issue with the kitchen sink clogging, but I managed to take care of that. Otherwise I had a beautiful stay at Sonders. I stayed at one in Dallas and that one was nice as well. 」

「I was a little nervous initially about staying here because I saw some reviews that stated it was confusing to get into the building and to find your room. We didn’t have an issue at all. We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. I would 100 percent stay here again and maybe even move here it was such a great stay」

「The place was perfect for our needs! A washer and dryer, kitchenette and bathroom were super convenient and the pool and hot tub were a delightful perk. They were both clean and often my son and I were the only two there. It was amazing to get up first thing and step out the door for a swim. The grounds were lovely with a nice patio area and lounge chairs, and the best coffee machine I’ve ever had in a hotel. Nespresso! I plan to look them up again next time we are in the area. 「Overall the stay was nice but had some very noisy neighbors for the first 3 nights. I called the property manager and he contacted them to please quiet down the first night but continued on for the next couple of nights. So the property is nice just not a lot of extras like a pool or hot tub or workout area. Also they charged me a $300 additional charge for the property which there was even maid service during our stay so really don’t think I’ll stay there again better services at other places...

"家族で宿泊しました。工事中でした。朝食は、レストランで普通の朝食セットを有料にて提供しておりビッフェなどはありません。当初ビッフェと思い、有料朝食を選択しました。実際はその金額はクレジットとして部屋にチャージされており、その金額分はレストランや売店で使用できるという仕組みでした。私達は１日はウォーターパークに行きましたが、あとはホテルのプールで過ごしました。不幸中の幸いでホテルが工事中なのでプール近くの部屋となり、ビールを持ってプールでまったりできました。子どもも空いていて遊べてました。子どもとゆっくり過ごすにはいいのではないでしょうか。"

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"

"お部屋は広く快適です。シャトルサービスはAM6時からPM10時限定でした。到着時のピックアップは電話で連絡する必要があるので、海外からの場合電話番号付きのesimが必要かと思います。ホテルのVanではなく普通のワンボックスカーなので見つけづらいかもしれないです。早朝便だったのでシャトルは利用できませんでしたが、airport sky trainの44th street駅がすぐなのでそちらを利用しました。"
