"Clean room air conditioning good location"

"I booked early check in and late check out. To our disappointment, it’s not available. The staff is ok, not overly friendly. Hotel is good for basics like sleeping."

"The pool was nice. The frozen drinks were not good. Mixed drinks were fine. The hot tub is at the sister property Hilton down the street. An 18% gratuity is added to everything in addition to the daily resort fee . Also need to reserve spot on shuttle to go into Key West runs every hour and not available sometimes so we used Lyft instead."

"Breakfast was ok, lunch was excellent. Room was lovely but needed maintenance to fix the AC. Overall i would stay here again."

"Didn't get breakfast cuz I slept till 9:30 and it ended at 9:00 but all in all it was an excellent place to stay! Close to the highway with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The young lady who checked us in was fantastic! Very courteous and friendly..we visit the Fort Lauderdale area quite frequently and now we definitely know that from now on we'll be staying there!"

"I didn’t realize how big the hotel is, but it is gorgeous! Check in and check out is very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they look modern and well kept. We asked for extra towels and shampoo, and they were so generous! We would definitely stay there again"

"Check in process was terrible. They’d given our oceanfront balcony room away and tried to pass off a no balcony, side room off on us. They have 1 beach/pool chair for "
