"Very nice hotel! Only complaint is the parking is not great for people traveling with trailers and the breakfast starting at 7 was a bit too late for us because our business day has to start early. 6 am would have been perfect! "

"The property was nice, but the pool and hot tub hours were so limited. They all closed shortly after sunset, which was very disappointing. They also told us the night before that they would be closing half the big pool area the entire next day and pool would close at 5:00. In exchange they allowed kids at the rooftop pool, which eliminated the adult area. There was garbage left in pool area when they opened (15 min late) that they did not clean up. Otherwise the property was pretty and food was good."

"Our daughter got sick before our stay and had to be hospitalized with a heart issue bought on by influenza. We tried cancelling our reservation 36 hours before check in and provided doctor notes and hospital receipts, but the staff would not allow us to cancel ( we prepaid). We tried calling 3-4 times and the front desk staff was obnoxious and the opposite of compassionate. They would either say someone would call us back or be snotty to us. We emailed management - because they would never get on the phone - and no one ever responded. Expedia was absolutely useless. So, we had to pay $1700 to not go to Miami. Funny how Hertz and Delta both were compassionate and easily allowed us to change our trip. This is a business that really doesn’t care about their customers. We were just looking to reschedule and they wouldn’t even listen. Buyer beware. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We liked that there are two pools, and there are many restaurants nearby with guest discounts. Overall, for this price it’s a very good hotel."

"Great location at the end of Duval Street, but between the outdated grounds and one issue after another from check-in to checkout, the experience simply didn’t justify the price. We stayed four nights and chose this property because the pricing suggested a level of service comparable to resorts we normally stay at like Casa Marina or La Concha. Unfortunately that was not our experience. We extended our stay and had two reservations. We were told ahead of time combining them would not be a problem, but when we arrived we were told we had to check out of one room and check back in the next day. We were also told our luggage would be transferred, which never happened. We ended up out of our room for about five hours and spent over an hour and a half waiting in line to check in again. At checkout we were granted a late checkout until 1:00 PM due to the earlier issues. When we returned at 12:30 to grab our luggage and take a quick shower, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out. A bellman let us in and took our luggage but never gave us a ticket. Later no one could locate our bags and we were even asked to show a picture of our luggage so they could identify it. Restaurant service was poor, the area smelled like spoiled fruit or garbage, and the grounds felt dark and dated. The pool and beach area were overcrowded unless you rented a cabana, and the ice machine near our room was broken the entire sta Staff did communicate by text and management said they would credit "
