James the owner was so helpful and when our car broke down after unloading, informed the site manager, so we would not incur charges for over staying in the residents parking area. The alleged owners phone number was on it ringing him for over 1hour he replied telling me he no longer owned the property and could do nothing for us, we contacted yourselves and you replied that you could do nothing for us i am totally discussed with your service leaving my family and myself who is disabled at 10pm at night with no where...
